四種挑選 leads 的方法、以及其優缺點的比較；
1. 直接設定條件篩選 (Parameterized Selection)
2. 手動評分卡 (Manual Score Card)
3. 統計評分卡 (Statistical Sore Card)
4. 混合模型評分卡 (Mixed Model Score Card)

除了作者提到的優缺點之外，事後的評估、分析、與學習，
是不斷提高這些方法 performance 的不二法門。

另外就是 "挑選這些 leads 的假設 ..." 是必要被 review 的；
從理論出發、回到理論來檢討，才能做有效率的學習。
這裡的理論可以指 theory 或是 hypothesis ...
